Gentle Reads 2011

Gentle reads are books that are highly entertaining yet stay away from more explicit content such as extensive swearing or sex.

These are books I have personally read and have found to meet that criteria. -John Gillette

Kat was raised as a cat burglar. She is able to break into any place and steal anything, but she has given it up and gone straight. But her father is now accused of stealing from the most famous mobster ever. Kat reluctantly comes out of "retirement" to help clear her father's name. She'll just have to steal from the most secure museum in the world.
Aphra lives and works at her father's island resort hotel. She doesn't mind the beach life but she misses the mom who abandoned them. Things begin to look up when a cute boy shows up with his family for a vacation. But soon another hotel patron is found dead and Aphra suspects the boy. Can she solve the murder without being killed?
Alona is the alpha female at school. She is in charge of the popular crowd and everything revolves around her. That is until she is hit by a bus and dies. Now the popular girl is a ghost who can't move on. Her only hope is the young goth boy who just happens to be able to see ghosts. Can this mix matched pair get over their differences and help each other?
