Gentle Reads 2011

Gentle reads are books that are highly entertaining yet stay away from more explicit content such as extensive swearing or sex.

These are books I have personally read and have found to meet that criteria. -John Gillette

This is a story of two young friends Mugo and Matthew who are torn apart by the Mau Mau Rebellion in 1950's Kenya. Mugo and Matthew find themselves on opposite sides of the conflict. Is their friendship strong enough to endure racial violence?
